TOPPING:

2 ozButter, no salt

2 ozCornstarch

6 deciliterWhole Milk

6 ozFeta Cheese

2 medEgg

8 ozYogurt, plain

Directions
1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Stir in the corn and tomatoes, fry for 3 minutes.
4. add the spices and herbs, and fry for another minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and macaroni. Season with salt and pepper; transfer to a large, ovenproof dish.
5. Preheat the oven to 400F/2 00c.
6. Spread the topping over the macaroni and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Topping:
1. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in the cornstarch and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce begins to thicken. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese. add the beaten eggs and yogurt, mix thoroughly, season, then pour over the macaroni mixture.
